Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow yoga focuses on foundation yoga postures in a flowing sequence including traditional sun salutations, strengthening standing and balancing postures followed by relaxation. Rachel is qualified and experienced teaching yoga to all levels, including beginner and pays special attention to alignment throughout the class. Rachel is also able to modify for pre-post natal practise as well as being mindful or any injuries **Please select 5 consecutive classes to qualify for your 10% Block booking discount***
